WEEK three under our belts and progress - and confidence - is really starting to fizz among the group.

Spins are getting faster, less limbs are getting 'stuck', and, most of all - everyone has become friends.

The studio is a comfortable setting, where you are not laughed at if you make a mistake, you're simply told to get back up and on the pole again and the next time will be better.

Which it generally is.

So there is one final week of perfecting our moves before we learn what the next block holds in store.

No doubt more pain as we target different muscle groups, and up our reps to sets of 25, but if it works, I'm not going to complain!
