Cardross Golf Club’s ladies’ section had their annual dinner and prizegiving on Friday, November 11.
The members enjoyed a successful night, with the winners of the “Dinner Plates” being awarded to Liz Fleming and Rae Strang.
The prizegiving followed shortly after the dinner, with the trophies being awarded by newly elected captain Sheila Gardiner and vice-captain Vicky Hendren.
Jillian Farrell picked up the Ladies’ Championship prize, with Rae Strang picking up the Bronze Championship.
Lori MacDonald won the Junior Girls’ Championship, with Sheila Gardiner being awarded the Rose Bowl.
The Delaney Trophy (singles) was won by Julie Nybo Quiach and Lynne MacDonald.
Alison Ram picked up three prizes – the Centenary 4Ball, Summer Foursomes and Winter Foursomes. Mhairi Stevenson, Isobel Campbell and Isobel Cullen were her partners in each event respectively.
Margaret Stirling won the Thistle Brooch, and Vicky Hendren and Moira Still were awarded the silver and bronze medals.
The club also managed to raise £190 at the night for Children in Need.
