TWELVE football teams from Helensburgh, West Dunbartonshire and Renfrewshire enjoyed a fantastic afternoon of football at Hermitage Academy recently courtesy of Ardencaple FC and Helensburgh Toyota.
Former Scotland, Celtic and Borussia Dortmund player Murdo MacLeod, a long-standing supporter of Ardencaple’s work in bringing on the next generation of footballing talent in Helensburgh and the surrounding area, watched the action and presented medals at the close of play to the teams from Ardencaple, Helensburgh, Renton Craigandro, Dumbarton Riverside and Johnstone Burgh.

Meanwhile, Ardencaple are looking to add new players to their squads at 2006 and 2013 age group levels.
