Helensburgh Amateur Athletics Club raised and donated £200 for local community mental health hub, Jean’s Bothy, in a recent ‘Run for Mental Health’.
The purpose of the run was to raise awareness of the mental health benefits of running and to celebrate the positive impact running has on your health and wellbeing as part of Mental Health Awareness Week.

The club is a huge advocate of the mental health benefits of running and physical activity more generally so will continue to put events on and support efforts to raise awareness.
