Senior and junior members and non-members ran a leisurely 5K on a glorious Sunday morning before sharing some tea and biscuits donated by Morrisons once back at the club house.

The club is a huge advocate of the mental health benefits of running and physical activity more generally so will continue to put events on and support efforts to raise awareness.
