The ladies of Cardross Golf Club recently held their annual dinner and prizegiving, at the golf club.

The ladies also used the night for fund-raising and, as in previous years, the charity was Children in Need, with £274 raised for the BBC’s annual appeal.

It was also a night of light entertainment together with the presentation of the prizes for the competition which took place throughout the year.

The ladies’ championship was won this year by Lorraine Campbell, with Ann Shanks the runner-up.
