ARDENCAPLE FC’s long-standing sponsorship agreement with a local car dealership has been renewed for another year.

Helensburgh Toyota’s support through sponsorship of tournaments and assistance with buying kit for Caple’s young players goes back 12 years – and is set to continue after Caple officials shook hands on a fresh deal.

Caple ambassador Murdo MacLeod, his grandson Fergus Fulton – a member of Ardencaple’s 2013 squad – and club chairman Craig Holborn were joined by Helensburgh Toyota’s managing director Gary Mulvaney and colleague Ernie Cowan at a photocall to mark the long-standing link between the company and the club.

Mr Mulvaney said: “We have enjoyed a long-standing partnership with Ardencaple Football Club for the last 12 years and are delighted we can continue our sponsorship.

“The club continues to go from strength to strength and this is a true testament to the coaching staff and assistants who do so much for the youngsters.

“As a local company, we are proud of our partnership and only too happy to give something back to the community that support us as a business.

“We wish the club continued success and thank everyone involved for all their hard work.”
