HARDY swimmers have descended on Loch Lomond for a dip, courtesy of Go Swim.
The recent Go Swim Loch Lomond event welcomed a good turnout and the weather was perfect for the occasion, as those involved enjoyed an open water swimming experience in the picturesque surroundings.
In the shadow of Ben Lomond, participants took part in a range of different distances, from a 250-metre, family friendly swim to a more gruelling 10,000m event.
Loch Lomond is a popular destination for opening water swimming, with thousands of people flocking to the famous body of water each year to take the plunge.
Meanwhile, Go Swim is looking for more volunteers to help steward activities in the future.
