WANT to help raise funds for, and awareness of, dementia in Helensburgh? Then why not take part in the Helensburgh Memory Walk this weekend?
Alzheimer Scotland are asking people to join them at Colquhoun Square this Sunday, September 25, at 2pm.
Walkers will head along the seafront for a visit to Kidston Park before returning to the dementia resource centre in West Princes Street.
A statement on the event's website says: "The walk isn't about the circuit, or the distance, it is about the community and determination.
"We will raise awareness of dementia and we will have fun fundraising!"
The event has something for everyone, with entertainment, fresh air and even fresh cream cakes!
Anyone wishing to take part who hasn't yet signed up online can register on the day - registration opens at 1.30pm, half an hour before the walk begins, and costs £10.
For children aged 12-16 the entry cost is £5, and under-12s can take part free of charge.
