AN articulated lorry crashed off a main road on the Rosneath Peninsula on Wednesday.
The driver of the vehicle lost control, resulting in partially going down the embankment of the B833.
The 32 tonne 18 wheel Scania was travelling towards Clynder from Garelochhead at 2.40pm on Wednesday, October 4 when the driver lost control.
There were no other vehicles involved and the driver of the lorry was uninjured.
As a result of the accident the road was able to be kept open and traffic could pass under direction of officers on scene.
The road accident had been dealt with and the vehicle removed and recovered by 6.30pm last night.
The road was open and Argyll and Bute Council employees were clearing the roadway of debris.
