HELENSBURGH Hockey Club is one of 100 groups across Scotland to receive a share of National Lottery cash for good causes.
The club has been awarded £6,000 from SportScotland which will be used by the club to develop stronger links with local primary schools through after school sessions, an inter-school festival and a community club.
The funding comes from National Lottery Awards for All Scotland which makes grants from £300 to £10,000 with funds raised by Lotto players.
The club received a share of £677,936 distributed across Scotland.
