PLANS have been lodged to transform a recently-vacated hotel into a dwelling house.
Tim Gay, who was owner of the Kilcreggan Hotel until it closed in May, has applied to Argyll and Bute Council to change the use of the premises.
The Advertiser revealed how brother and sister Bryan Burch and Jane Kerr, who were managers of the hotel, had decided to terminate their lease due to problems with the building and the cost of putting them right.
