A mental health charity based in Helensburgh will hold its first support session in Garelochhead this weekend.
Males and Females Tales runs free peer support groups for people aged 16 and over. The group offers non-judgemental and confidential support and is open to everyone.
Those who attend will be offered a safe place to talk openly, and there are also volunteering opportunities for anyone interested.
The charity will host the sessions at Centre 81 on Old School Road on the first Saturday of each month from 10am-12pm, with the first session taking place Saturday, September 3.
At the same time as the Garelochhead session, the group is also hosting a ‘walk and talk’ along the Helensburgh seafront, starting at Kidston Park at 10am on Saturday.
