AN NHS 24 worker from Helensburgh has scooped a top prize at the organisation’s annual Spotlight Awards.
Wellbeing manager Tracey Renton won the ‘outstanding colleague - frontline’ award.
Tracey was nominated for arranging training and a variety of events to ensure staff have the resources to support their wellbeing both in and out of work. She is described as supporting all staff with a high degree of care, compassion, dignity and respect.
Tracey said ‘It is very humbling to have been nominated, never mind win.
“I have worked at NHS 24 for 20 years and my colleagues are the reason why I have stayed so long.
"I’m proud to be a part of a team which provides such a wide range of health services to everyone that lives or visits Scotland.”
