A man is due to appear in court after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to Helensburgh police the man, from Edinburgh, was found driving over the limit on the B872 near Garelochhead.
Police say the incident happened at around 12.20am on Sunday, March 31.
The 59-year-old is due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court at a later date.
