A 12-YEAR-OLD boy was seen allegedly jumping on and off a slow-moving train at Helensburgh Central station last week.
Witnesses reported seeing a young boy jumping on and off the train at 3.15pm on Tuesday, July 11.
The boy is the subject of a report by British Transport Police to the procurator fiscal for alleged culpable and reckless conduct.
* In a separate incident, a 15-year-old boy is the subject of a report to the Children's Panel after an alleged assault on a 15-year-old girl in Sinclair Street in Helensburgh.
* Meanwhile, a group of five youths were issued with fixed penalty tickets for drinking alcohol in the centre of Helensburgh.
The group was seen by police in the car park of the Co-op supermarket in Sinclair Street at 6.50pm on Monday, July 17.
