TRAINS to and from Helensburgh were disrupted on Wednesday morning because of a signalling problem.
ScotRail cancelled all trains between Dumbarton and Helensburgh due to the fault between Cardross and Helensburgh Central stations, which was identified during the peak of the morning rush hour.
The company said disruption was expected until 10.30am.
In a statement issued shortly after 9am the train operator said: "Our staff have managed to rectify the fault and we can now run services to Helensburgh. We are now working hard to get trains back to their schedule.
"Some services will still be cancelled, delayed or revised."
Ticket acceptance is in place with FirstBus on the 1B Helensburgh-Glasgow service.
