Police officers said the incident occurred some time between Thursday and Friday, March 12 and 13, at a premises in West Clyde Street.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “At this time there is no known motive for the damage and Police Scotland would ask that anyone who seen anything suspicious at this time to contact PC Alison Kane at Helensburgh police office.”
