THE community was in mourning this week after the sudden tragic death of a popular young Helensburgh man.
Saul Stenhouse was only one month away from celebrating his 21st birthday, when he was found dead by family members on Saturday evening.
A post mortem is to be carried out.
The well-loved 20-year-old had a nut allergy and was asthmatic but it is not known yet whether these played any part in his death.
Saul’s grandmother paid tribute to the young man, a former pupil of Our Lady and St Patrick’s High School in Dumbarton, who had aspirations of joining the police.
Antoinette Ross described Saul as a popular, caring boy who never got into trouble.
