Dunbritton Housing Association revealed Margaret Burgess MSP, minister for Housing and Welfare, is due to be the guest speaker at the opening event on Tuesday, November 25.
The £4.6 million development to build 49 affordable homes at the site off Cardross Road began in July 2013.
