It is nice to see old friends come together from far and wide to celebrate a happy occasion for a change (last week's Helensburgh Advertiser).
So often, we lose touch with old friends and family members and it can sometimes seem like the only time you ever meet again is at a sad moment and that's why I was so pleased to see old friends meeting up at the Arrochar, Tarbet and Glencoe reunions.
I'm sure they all had a lot of catching up to do!
