THE votes are in and counted, and the winner of our 2019 Pets Factor competition is... Poppy, the pooch!
The three-year-old Shih Tzu came out on top in a close-run contest which saw Bella-Rose the cat come second, just ahead of Rusty the dog in third.

Poppy’s owner, Sarah Hughes, 32, from Cardross, said: “Poppy is the most loving and kind natured wee dog you could ever imagine. She loves spending her time chasing balls, playing with her little sister Bailey and having a good cuddle. She is adored by all the family.
“Winning this competition means that she will definitely be getting a whole lot of goodies at Christmas time!”
