SINCE it's International Coffee Day today (Thursday), we've put together a list of the best spots to grab a cuppa in Helensburgh and Lomond - as chosen by you.
After asking on social media for your favourite place to enjoy a good local brew, The Beachcomber at Kidston came out on top, followed closely by The Perch Cafe in Garelochhead.
Also earning rave reviews were Costa Coffee in West Princes Street (no surprise there) and Humbles Cafe Bistro in Colquhoun Square.
Lou Lou's Deli in Garelochhead was also picked out by readers, along with Ardardan (Cardross), Riverhill (West Princes Street) and the Terrace Coffee House (Colquhoun Square).

Alternatively, there was a special mention for Home Ground Coffee, run by Alastair Moodie in Helensburgh's Charlotte Street, as well as Rebecca Robertson's coffee van, Sassenachs.
According to review website Trip Advisor, the five best cafes in the area are: the Ginger-Bread Man, in East Clyde Street; Cafe at Kilcreggan, in Shore Road; Cafe Rhu, at Rhu Marina; Perch Cafe and Craigard Tearoom in Sinclair Street.
Of course, for those who prefer home comforts, nothing beats keeping it in the family, as Julie Cormack suggested: "My dad's house, he makes the best coffee."
And then there are others who just aren't too keen on a warm beverage of the bean variety, like David Stone, who commented: "When is international tea day as I can't stand coffee?"
There is, in fact, an International Tea Day on May 21 each year. Who knew?
