BUSINESSES in Helensburgh and Lomond are being offered access to a series of free online webinars to help them cope with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

A new series of training sessions, run by Business Gateway, is now open for registration.

The webinars cover topics such as adapting your tourism business for 2021, actions business owners can take to address the impact of leaving the EU, search engine optimisation, and even making the most of Instagram.

Argyll and Bute Council’s policy lead for business, regeneration and commercial development, Councillor Alastair Redman, said: “The coronavirus pandemic has had a major impact on businesses across all sectors, both large and small.

“Many have reported a drop in sales and a number of business owners are, unsurprisingly, feeling a lot of uncertainty about the year ahead.

"They are looking at alternative ways to plan, change and adapt as we move through lockdown and it’s important they know that our Business Gateway team is here to help.”
